The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for each project are outlined in an individual quote or agreement provided to the client before work begins.

3. Quotes and Payment

Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of the request and are not final invoices unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements and payment schedule, will be agreed upon before a project begins. Fees for ongoing monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled with 30 days notice.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on typical project scope. Actual delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness and revision requests. Any significant delays will be communicated promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content and access to any required accounts or systems. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as agreed in their project scope, excluding any third party tools, licenses or assets that remain subject to their original licensing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickSaveHub LLC will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
